"The windows were ordered in July with the expectations that it would be 6-8 weeks delivery. (that was ok, since we were trying to do all renovation work on the new home before we would move in)  The actual move-in was predicated on the assertion that the entire window/door delivery would arrive as expected. Unfortunately , they were 7-10days later than predicted.  When they did arrive,  the  installation was scheduled for the following week.  With the anticipated installation to take 3-4 days, they proceeded to install the windows that had been delivered.  After a few road blocks (which were amicably remedied) the installation was partially complete in a week.  The complete installation of ordered windows and doors was delayed due to the patio doors not arriving at the same time.as the windows.  Said doors arrived the following week. At this date, September 29, we are still awaiting the promised locks for the patio doors.  As of November 2014 the locks have been installed on patio doors.  They work okay, that is they will lock from the inside, but i cannot lock them from the outside, as there is not enough maneuvering space for the key and a hand. Therefore, I have to make sure that they are locked and exit out another door.  As of this day in January 2015, (temps below zero), there is ice inside the windows.  I will be contacting them in this regard, as i don't believe that that should be the case.
(as far as using the provider in the future, the "yes" is conditional, depending how the condensation issue is dealt with)

"The estimated time given from purchase to installation was several weeks off (it did say “estimated” on contract). Given the supply and labor issues everyone is facing, I can understand. It was just disappointing. I wish they would have said 10-16 weeks instead of 8-10 then my expectations wouldn’t have been so high. They replaced my blinds no problem and my patio screens are great. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them, just don’t be in a rush."

"Our entire remodle project was a totall disaster until we got Nathan Alan Design involved. We had been working with a contractor for months and pretty much got nothing but your standard cookie cutter ideas and designs. They really had no interset in helping us get what we wanted, just what was easiset for them. So after a couple of months of dealing with a contractor, we fired them and hired Nathan Alan Design to take on our project. Even though Nathan Alan Design sevices are centered around kitchen cabinetry and design, they are the reason our kitchen was fully completed. They put us in touch with businesses that share the same focus of quality, customer service oriented practices. If not for Nathan Alan design we would still be floundering around trying to get our kitchen in order and it would it not have looked even half as good as it looks now, It looks better than we had imagined in our minds. THey defiinitley know what thye are doing and how to maximize your kitchen. At a minumum I recommend calling them and having them look at any new kitchen projects you may be considering taking on.

"For anyone checking reviews, my review is from your average customer who's home was damaged in a recent hail storm. This was the first time that my wife and I had to go through this repair process. We needed a new roof, gutters, and siding. We interviewed a few roofing companies and ultimately chose Moss Roofing. The deciding factor was that when Adam came out and gave is his estimate, he was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all there was no high pressure sales tactics. The material that was presented was professional and easy to follow. Adam met our insurance adjuster at the time of the insurance company's estimate. Our insurance company was not covering items that were required by code and everyone at Moss Roofing dealt with the insurance company to have these items covered. It was so nice not having to deal with this. Beverly was in constant contact with timelines and scheduling so we knew exactly the next steps and process. Adam and Beverly were always available whenever we had any questions. The roofing crew was right on time, worked efficiently, and were very polite. They didn't damage anything in our yard and cleaned up afterwards. The gutters and siding were also completed smoothly. Due to the amount of damage that we had, there were a couple of items that needed a bit of extra attention after installation and the entire Moss Organization was right on it. With all of the damage in our neighborhood, I was able to watch other companies and their contractors and feel by far that Moss Roofing far exceeding any other company. We never felt alone or wondering what the next step was. I would definitely use Moss Roofing again by far. Thank you to the entire Moss Organization for everything."

"These guys are awesome! Our sales rep Ben came out and gave us a quote that was half the price of another quote we had gotten from a major window company . He was extremely helpful in going through the options with us . We were so excited with the deal we got on our windows , that we asked him to come back out and quote us for new doors and he was more than happy to help . The owner of the business , Rance, came out and personally measured our windows and doors just to make sure that they got the perfect fit. He was also extremely friendly and made sure that we knew they were going to make everything look perfect. I cannot reccomend doing business with Ben, Rance and Window Man enough. Regardless of whether you haven’t gotten any quotes or have already got a hundred, you need to call them and set up a sales appointment before you purchase anywhere else!"
