"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

Well, Re-Bath has given me new hope in contractors. They did a great job!! They were helpful and professional from beginning to end. They stayed with-in my budget, and gave me great ideas. They completed my shower with in 3 days.... the shower door took a while because it was a custom door. He was still "on-point" with the time frame for the door. "Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"Paul and associates did a terrific job. The installation went very well. The unit used was not the typical unit because our house I'd so large. Paul utilized a hot water distributor from our old hot water heater. We now have instant hot water all over the house.

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"The original repair date was July 30, 2024 8:00-5:00. At 12:04, I received an email that the technician Trever was on his way. When he had still not arrived and I had not heard from him, I tried calling the Sears Home Service number and was unable to speak to a person to ask what may have happened. I then called Choice and was told they have no control over the companies they hire to provide the repair services but would reach out to Sears to schedule another person. I then received an email that the technician commented "customer declined service" with a payment receipt for $300.00. WHAT!! Trever never arrived and we never declined service to a person who wasn't here and didn't call. I waited all day for him!! Then Sears Home Services had the nerve to send an email asking for me to rate the excellence of service. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile my dishwasher still hasn't been repaired or evaluated. The next morning, Wednesday, July 31, William C from Sears Home Services called and said he would be here between 12:00 and 12:30. He arrived about 12:45 and went right to work trying to figure out the problem with the dishwasher. He determined that the cost of repair would exceed $450 and it would take at least a week for the parts to be delivered . He spoke to Michelle at Choice Home Warranty and she said she would let him know whether it should be repaired or replaced. She did call back a few minutes later to say it would be replaced. Not long after that I did receive an email from Choice with that news and the allowance of $246 instead of a replacement. I went to Lowe's to see what I could purchase to replace my dishwasher. The $246 barely covers the $174 delivery and installation and $50 charge to remove the old dishwasher. I ended up tapping the "accept" option b/c I felt pressured. The salesman at Lowe's said it would be at least two weeks for any new dishwasher to be delivered to the store and then scheduled for delivery and installation. Also, I have to pay up front for the entire costs involved. Your email stated it could take up to 30 days to receive the eCard for Lowe's. In the meantime, I STILL don't have a dishwasher. I would very much appreciate CHW expediting the eCard for Lowe's so I can purchase a new dishwasher."
