We had luxury vinyl flooring put in throughout our living room, kitchen, and hallway?and the first time I walked in after they finished, I honestly just stood there for a minute taking it all in. The living room feels warmer and more inviting now, the kitchen looks brighter, and the way everything flows together just makes the whole space feel bigger. "My home was fairly dark and with one large window in the living room and 2 large windows in the master bedroom, it didn't shed much light. Deven and his crew opened up the living room and master bedroom onto the back porch(300 square feet total). Though he found multiple structural issues, Deven was able to fix them and make the house more secure and sturdy. I had a budget, but as always, Deven comes under budget. He does incredible craftsmanship, many components of the reno were hand crafted. Deven is patient and takes all ideas thrown at him and comes up with some wonderful ideas as well. It is a collaboration and the final project is a large bright space, light and airy. It does not even look like the same living room and bedroom. There are very few people I would trust, but I count Deven and his people among those that I do. I've never been disappointed in any of the projects he has completed for me. It is precision work at its best. Deven and his people go the extra mile and really do it with a smile. Really. You absolute can trust him to do a fantastic job, do it right and do it at a cost saving price. He works with you to make your ideas come to fruition. He is well worth anything you will pay, because you know it will be done right the first time and he stands by his work. I have a whole list of more projects and King Construction is the only crew I will hire."

"Harvey and his team were professional and courteous. My wife and I were very satisfied with the completed work on the interior. We had originally planned on doing the exterior of the house first but had to change our plans. Harvey was accommodating and offered suggestions. Some I took, some I didn't. We are already discussing the projects for this coming summer. He doesn't know it but I have a couple new ideas I may implement. I have no doubt that they will do as an outstanding job on the exterior as they did inside. It looks like a new home."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"In summary I have to say Richard was  excellent!  He came when he said he would and finished the work when he said it would be finished.  As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive.  As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs.  He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
