Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."

He sent a family member, Roni run the job. Sadly, everything Roni touched was not done correctly. They did ask for money up front. Unfortunately I gave it to them. They didn't complete the job and refused to reimburse me for the errors made. He came to the site and few times and made all kinds of empty promises. He collected $53,000 up front. Now I have someone else who is fixing all of Roni's mistakes, which I will have to pay for again. He took advantage of me. That tells me he is dishonest. This is taking months to complete. I moved here from Florida and have seen whole houses go up in less time. James is dishonest, took money up front, didn't do the work correctly, and refused to reimburse me for what he didn't complete. Now I'm paying someone else to complete the job. Don't use this company"

My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."
