"Luis did an amazing technical job cleaning our 6 party condo porch. The job was challenging as the porch was 18 years old and had never been cleaned or sealed before. He power washed, sanded in places where this was not sufficient to remove mold, and applied 2 coats of sealant everywhere and 3 on steps. Luis was also great at being patient with 6 parties agreeing on what they wanted (color, kind of sealant, timing). He also was transparent about pricing and costs. He cleaned up after themselves impeccably."

I hired them again to paint a new exterior door, install floating shelves, and replace a broken faucet. I'm glad to have finally found a reliable and great to work with handyman.
