The work crew vacuumed out the old, sealed around all openings to lights, fans, etc and then blew brand new fiberglass insulation to knee depth. We now have lofty, R-40 rated protection in a 2600 sq' house that heats evenly through out. Reeds will return to encapsulate our crawl space in one month!"

"I was in the process of converting a screened in porch to an all seasons sunroom. I needed someone who could install insulation under the floor as well as the attic. I tried local businesses first and could not get the response I wanted so I chose Angie's List after seeing a special.on insulation. I have never used Angie's List before so I wasn't sure what I was getting into. The results were awesome! Southern Strong Roofing, Wade James, came out and inspected the job and answered all my questions. Wade gave me an estimate that night. They did the job when they said they would and were fast and very knowledgeable. Their customer service was good too. They answered my calls or returned them promptly. I will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

"I ask for a paper contract 6 or 7 times never got one. Ever time I was promised they would send one. The carpenters were great, painters not so much."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Nathan Pol and his crew were fabulous! He is the only contractor who contacted me and left a message. He came out the very next day gave me an estimate and we talked about how the job was to be done. Nathan obviously knows his business. I'm very picky about how things are done at my house. Nathan is very picky how his workers do the job. That's why we got along so well together. He gave me an excellent price, and even threw in a couple of extra requirements that I had at no extra charge. He was able to do the job 2 days later. The guys called me ahead of time, and we talked about how the job was going to be done before they started. They had all the right equipment with them and when they were finished, they even swept my driveway! I could not have done as good a job myself. What a gem of a company! It's impossible for me to write a review expressing my happiness with their work. I will definitely call Nathan to work on my HAVC system whether it's for just a checkup or to have a total replacement. I used to have about 4 to 6 in of insulation in my attic. Now I have 24!
