I just wish there was an even more powerful way to describe the outstanding, professional service and workmanship we received from Ted at First Class Tile. From the very first call through the day of completion was a first class experience, and we could not be happier with the entire process. The day I called Ted for an estimate, he was able to come and provide detailed recommendations and pricing. His formal written estimate was exactly what he described in person earlier that day. He got us scheduled quickly, and worked with us on questions and design elements in the days leading up to the job. AND guess what ! He showed up on time or even a few minutes early each day to begin work. And WORK HE DID ! He quickly set up and protected our floors all the way to outside the house. He worked Clean, fast, and efficiently. Each day he explained what would be completed that day, and he always accomplished what he said he would. He cleaned up the work area spotless after himself every day. He gave great instructions on preparing and maintaining our new shower. And the bill was exactly what was estimated, no surprises ! He was so friendly and agreeable. I have spent my entire life in the service industry and Ted’s customer service is truly a refreshing thing!
