"My pro was Derrick. Derrick was the cleanest, most efficient installer that has ever entered my home. I generally don’t like strangers in my home for any reason. Derrick was the exception to the rule. The reason is that he didn’t just walk by me and be about his job, he actually spoke to my wife and me. He didn’t act as though he was doing us a favor. He took great patience in explaining our shower, the materials used and how to manage it. He is obviously very knowledgeable about installation because he ran into unexpected snags and handled them seamlessly! I really appreciated his professionalism and courtesy that he extended us. He, the shower and Bath Planet of Arkansas is worth every dime we spent!!"

I just wish there was an even more powerful way to describe the outstanding, professional service and workmanship we received from Ted at First Class Tile. "Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."
