Second, they were genuinely concerned for our safety after someone else left us with a very shaky set of front steps (husband and I are seniors). I had a lot of projects for her to do....Pressure Wash Deck and my back porch, Paint and Seal the deck, replace rotten wood, new gutters, installed new ceiling lights, adjusted my fan, reversed my attic stairs, mount my TV, trimmed doors and put new door knobs on.
