He was up under there for a while and he fixed my duct work. That was that. I had some duct work that had fallen in my crawl space and they attached it back to the register. He was wonderful. He was very nice and professional. I did think the price was a little high. In the fall they will be coming to service me again. Everybody in the office was very nice. I was impressed with them and they did not try to push anything on me. I would use them again."

"I had just had unit installed 2&1/2 yrs ago. Too early for problems. They sent a repairman that same day(which was excellent). He checked out the complete unit while he was here(which was excellent). Conclusion was the heat function had tripped the circuit breaker & shut it all down. He fixed the problem & advised that if it happened again that the breaker ìwas probably too small for the unit. Just have to wait & see now. Excellent service, friendly service, good attitude.
