After contacting our insurance company, Trek came out inspected our roof, gave us a comprehensive evaluation and made all the recommendations for our situation. An install date was set and as promised, the crew was there on time. They worked tirelessly into the late evening, which surprised me because we thought they would come back the next day to finish. The work was stellar and the clean-up was outstanding. The roof looks great. Dylan, the Trek representative, was more than helpful. He was extremely polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He was on site several times to check on the progress of the work as well as answer any questions we might have. I even saw him delivering decking to help the crew move the project along. "When Adam came to inspect the roof, he came prepared and presented the GAF Timberline AS II, a Class 4 hail resistant shingle. It is the top of the line. He explained and showed samples of different levels of protection for different classes of shingles. I saw they where Certified by GAF as Master Elite installers. The installation of this shingle included the air circulation system/roof vents that will help keep the house cooler in the summer. Higher quality materials and protection under the shingles with Class 4 hail resistant shingles made this an easy choice. Included is the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty - 50 yrs of coverage/protection including materials and labor. Home Owners Insurance will now go down and that alone will pay for the upgrade over the previous shingle. A very efficient crew of installers worked almost non-stop to finish the roof in one day. Finishing touches were done the next day along with final clean-up. Yes, I RECOMMEND DABELLA FOR ANY ROOFING NEEDS. They are professionals. You get what you pay for, I think I got a little more!!"
