He provides estimates and fairly adjusts the estimates based on the amount of work required. These guys work quick and take great care of leaving the space as clean as possible after the job is completed. They're licensed and insured, and they of course are a licensed mold specialist. We have used them several times and there was never a bad experience or an unhappy result. Use these guys, you will not regret it. I guarantee it."

"We hired Thompson Remodeling to gut renovate 2 apt units we purchased in 2019. The entire project had to be done via phone and email as we live in NY and the projects were in Vero Beach, Fla. Todd was very patient with us and walked us through the entire process.. Job came in on time, beautifully done, and on budget.. we have just signed on with Thompson for another gut reno project which will begin in May, 2021. We are in great hands..(BTW, i am not related to anyone affiliated with Thompson and i think i have only written 2 reviews in my life) sometimes people only write when they want to complain, we couldn't have been happier.."

"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."
