"We were in desperate need of emergency service, Memorial Day weekend. Joe, the Owner of Iron Air was the first one I spoke to, but being that it was late on a Sunday, he wanted to make sure his tech could make it out, as he was currently on another service call. Thankfully, Joe called right and said his tech could be over shortly. The technician (Sergio), arrived at 8:30pm and was finished/had us up and running by 9pm. The time window of the other company was going to be 7pm-11pm, before arrival. I can’t say enough good words about both the owner and the tech for their professionalism and most importantly, honesty! I am all about small businesses and am sooo grateful, that I was able to find this company. We’ve been in need of a reliable/honest A/C company, to keep up w/ maintenance, but hadn’t pulled the trigger, because it’s hard to find a trustworthy business, these days. After a thorough cleaning, they even installed a UV light to prevent the mold from re-occurring. Given that we have a really old A/C unit that's on its last legs, it was really needed."

"I got several different estimates for replacing my 1992 Carrier central heat an air conditioning Unit. Anywhere from from $20,000 down to $6000. I looked at ratings on Homeadvisor.com and Angieslist, and Shaan at Monarch had the best price and some of the most satisfied customers. The installer Adam and his partner were very professional and willing to answer questions as they were working. After the install Shaan came by and did a very thorough inspection prior to activating the unit for the first time. I am very happy with the Midrange Lennox Elite 16 SEER unit so far. Other other companies wanted to tear out the wall in the heater cabinet,so they could install larger units but Shaan was willing to work with the space I had available. It's very nice to work directly with the owner of the company and not a sales person. Thanks to Shaan and his installers for a great job"

"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED!
