"I signed a contract with this company in Aug 2024 & paid a deposit of $9,905 mid-Sept. I got renderings based on a design I provided, but none depicted all the details discussed & approved. By Dec 2024, I was pressing for a start date. However, my cabinets were never purchased. I was told there was a cost discrepancy & I would need to pay another $4K before they would order them. I challenged this since I had already purchased the sink, faucet, and hardware the contractor was supposed to supply. Nothing ever happened, and Nate (project manager) stopped responding. In Jan 2025, I requested a contract cancellation & deposit refund. I was offered a partial refund contingent upon my signing a statement that the cancellation was based on mutual agreement, willingly, and without coercion. I filed a complaint with the FL DPBR since their conduct violated FL Statute §489.126. I also hired an attorney to get my money back from this company. Their business practices are very shady. BEWARE!"

I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy.
