Our roof need to be replaced and due to the timing I was concerned about getting it done before the snow started and temperatures dropped. Mr Penny with Mid States Carpenters was quick to respond and was at my home with a crew in less than a week. Once the crew started my new roof was done in under 2 days, which I would like to add was the 23rd of December. Due to the urgency of the project the insurance claim did not get processed correctly so we were only getting a $300 reimbursement. When I told Mr. Penny about this he stepped in and spoke to the adjuster and provided additional details and photos. The insurance re-opened the claim and paid nearly 50% of the cost of the new roof. I am certain that without him going the extra mile for me I would have been out of luck.
