"First, you need to know this: the owners, Patricia & Rick, came out and gave us a proposal/estimate in October of *2016*. We had circumstances change and decided to hold off on the project, and I contacted Patricia in November of *2017*, a full YEAR later, to see if they might still be able to do the job, not sure if they price would have changed or not. Patricia said they would honor their proposal, and as soon as we could give her some dates to start, she would put us on their schedule. Well, we are a busy family of 6 and life happens - so I didn't get back to her w/dates for another month, and by then (December) the weather was freezing up. Lo and behold, however, after a few warming days in February, Patricia left me a message that her worker would be out within days and we did not even have to be home during the work. Scott came out, did the job and was as pleasant as could be. Within days, we had a very heavy rain - normally, our gutters would overflow and I'd see sheets of water pouring down my kitchen windows - not any more! It's been a week and we are very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beyond Gutters."

"Ivan was the fourth gutter servicer I contacted after dealing with nothing but salespeople whose prescription was invariably "all new gutters" or dispatchers who would send a team to do work without evaluating the situation in person. Thankfully, Ivan is neither of these: he's better compared to craftsman who seeks quality solutions to a particular problems. In my case, I had old gutters that were working in some ways and failing in others, but I didn't want to trash everything and throw up some cheap replacement. Ivan talked to me at length about the options and in the end persuaded me to invest in new gutters and guards that were suited to my situation. "I inquired about having my gutters cleaned. I contacted 4 vendors via Angie's list. I heard back from three of them. U-Save Gutter's price was comparable to the other vendors. I chose to contract with U-Save Gutter's because they were prompt to reply, courteous and really appreciative of the possibility to do the work. Once I decided to go with them, they were here the next day. Said they'd be here before 12 and actually showed up first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional. I live in a townhouse. Once they saw my section of gutter tied into my neighbors, they still cleaned the gutter without adjusting the price that now included my neighbors' section. They did a repair that prevented me and my neighbor from having to replace a section of gutter - again, still the same price as originally quoted. They also tightened up a few spots. When they arrived, the gentleman informed me they also install gutters. We agreed on a price and they came out the next week and did the job. Only took a couple of hours and they cleaned the old stuff out and hauled it away. So far, looks pretty nice."
