They fixed it within about a half hour and everything was working perfectly for the open house. Jim also gave me an extra discount of $20, which I really appreciated. I would recommend this company highly for their promptness, professionalism, friendly and courteous attitudes, and for getting the job done well and done fast at a fair price. Every company should have people like Jim and Brian - they are both exceptional.
