"Dan Swanson and his coworker did an excellent job in replacing a trim cover close to the roof line about 40 ft above the ground. The job was difficult and he was able to finish the job in less than 2 hours. I sent an SOS on Saturday, he came on Sunday to diagnose the job and completed the job on Tuesday. He was on time every time. He is very knowledgeable, meticulous and cordial. He was also very reasonable for what he charged me. I will certainly call him back for any exterior repair job."

He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual.
