"Trying to execute a major outdoor renovation project during a time of global supply chain disruptions poses many challenges. Happy to report that Mal and PHI navigated that rocky path very well. "The started a day early after calling me to find out if it was ok. Darrel was on time each of the 3 days that it took to complete. He told me what he would be doing that day and keep me informed. The job ended up be a little more involved than anticipated through no fault if theirs. He told me what would be the best route to resolve and I agreed to extra charges ($125 for materials and labor which was very reasonable). When the work was completed the walls were primed for paint.
