"Gutters were installed to my satisfaction but I think they charged too much. They were also supose to replace the bottom seal on my garage door but claimed that the wood on the door was to rotten to be able to secure the metal runner properly. I agreed and wanted that portion of the job removed from my final bill. Rick discounted my bill by only $20 which seemed like way too little to me. He never once came out to inspect the job."
