"Sheldon and his team went over and beyond what we had hoped or expected. They were prompt, courteous and meticulous when it comes to detail. Our roof was installed so it extended the warranty to survive 130 mph winds. Sheldon extended our ridge vent to extend the whole length of our roof and added a ridge vent in a hipped area to give us better air circulation. "I feel like it was not a good deal. They told me I needed a new roof. They were professional and took pictures. But, I can get any company to come out and tell me that I need a new roof for free. Most places don't charge for estimates. I felt like it was an honest evaluation, but I didn't get much for my money. It was a little misleading. I thought they would replace some cracked tiles or make minor repairs. It was only an inspection, not an actual tune-up."
