The estimate I received was very reasonable. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The guys who came to do the work (Tony and Jack) were both amazing.. very professional and courteous, they worked meticulously and did a thorough job, explaining what needed to be done and even offered advise on location of some of the new recess lights (which was extremely helpful). He even welcomed me to watch him while he worked as he explained the intricacies of the electrical outlet (which was a GFCI multi-branched oulet, connected to other garage and bathroom outlets). "Electrician showed up at the end of the estimated window. He completed the work in the allotted time. He was very tidy and friendly. He walked me through all the installations before he left. The next day, one of the exterior lights was tripping the breaker whenever it was turned on. The company sent the same electrician the next available business day and he fixed it with no additional charge. Everything has worked well since then. The office personnel were very accommodating with my schedule and responsive to my concerns. Would recommend them."

Clean, efficient, professional and a pleasure to have working for me, they displayed the desire to "go the extra mile" to make sure that I was informed all thru the project and happy. Completing the job in a perfect manner was the only way acceptable to them, which pleased me. I had a complete residential electrical overhaul, Electric Pannel, Meter Box, etc., along with a Generac stand by generator installed, which also utilized the Plumbing division of their company. I could not be more pleased with the customer service, the work completed, the technicians and the pricing. Seriously, I hire contractors for projects that I am not comfortable attacking, and as for Contractors...they always disappoint me in one regard or another. there is usually some sort of problem or mis-representation or price changes, and I am always nervous about them being in my home and doing a proper job. Not these guys, I would have no problem giving them a key and alarm code to come and complete a job at my house without me there. The communication from them was outstanding, I received several texts with time frames and photo's of the techs along with some information. I have never had this type of contact and it was helpful and frankly pretty cool. If you have any type of work you are considering hiring a contractor for, you will be doing yourself a great service to use Mr. Sparky Electric or any of the other divisions of their company if your job can be handled by them."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.
