"John is the best! We obtained 3-4 quotes for our full bathroom remodel. Everyone else estimated 6+ weeks to remodel the bathroom - which is our only shower. John promised he would have it done in 2 weeks. It was fully complete in 13 days! This was a total remodel down to the studs. Great work, super fast, super responsive, and his cost was right in the middle of the estimates we received. This was in Nov. 2019. Since then we have had John's team back on a number of projects: to replace our fireplace mantle and staircase, and repaint our first floor. "I chose Humberto out of 4 contractors and feel so fortunate I did!  Humberto went above and beyond in ALL aspects of the job!  We threw him several curve balls with wanting a wall removed, floors refinished and some cabinetry work done.  He drew up change orders efficiently, and brought in excellent people to complete all the work we requested.  The quality of his work, THOROUGH preparation, attention to detail, communication, cleanliness during the entire project, the final result...ALL were an A+!  I was nervous about having our kitchen cabinets painted as I had read pros and cons with different applications.  The method they used left our cabinets looking BRAND NEW...everyone that has seen them has said, "Oh, you got new cabinets, they're beautiful!"  Humberto installed all new hardware for us as well.  I can't say enough about the experience we had with them.  I was 100% comfortable having them in our home, and they are super nice and polite on top of being EXCELLENT at their craft! <br />"

"I contacted four companies for estimates for the work. One company responded that they don't paint detached garages, and another gave me an appointment two weeks in the future. Carlos was the first to come out (within a couple days, working around my schedule) to look at the work needed. I mentioned that I just needed the concrete block and wood trim done, and that I would paint the doors myself. He offered to do that work since they would be there anyway. Since I'm pretty busy, I appreciated that. He did not give me an estimate on the spot, and I prefer that approach as I think a company should take some time to come up with their estimate. The fourth company gave me an estimate on the spot which turned out to be very high. I received the estimate from Carlos via email about a week later. The price was excellent, and Carlos seemed like a good and honest person, so I hired him immediately, and canceled that future appointment. Carlos and the crew came out within a couple of days. I had purchased the masonry paint already, since I had originally planned to do the painting myself, so Carlos had agreed to use my paint. He provided his own primer, which he had tinted to match my color choice. The crew applied a coat of primer, and two of paint. With the exception of one small communication error, which Carlos cleared up immediately, everything went perfectly. Carlos is very responsive, and it is clear that he and his crew take pride in doing a great job. My garage was looking beautiful ( as beautiful as concrete block can look) within a couple days. I will definitely hire Real Painting & Home Improvement again in the future."

"We were very happy with the price, product, and process that DiOrio delivered for our project. We had a fairly extensive remodel that required a near demo of our second floor in addition to a complete bathroom remodel with an extended floor plan. Derek & James estimated 2 months for the project and they hit that within about a week, which was appreciated because I know these projects can drag and we were temporarily living offsite. James did most of the work on our project, with support from others as needed. He's a talented carpenter with broad knowledge and good attention to detail. Communication throughout was truly excellent, which is also extremely important for a project with lots of moving parts. Construction projects are typically not typically "fun" but these guys are highly skilled and they work fast. Go in with a clear idea of what you want, realistic expectations (especially if you have an older hours), stay organised, and you will be very happy with result. We would definitely work with DiOrio again."
