The other big project was for remodeling based on one kitchen + one bathroom, change it to one kitchen + two bathrooms. John and Gary and the crew were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Like I read from other Busy Bee's customer reviews, John himself handle electric stuff and others. They worked very hard and showed up every day. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. I would recommend busy bee to my friends, to everyone, and will definitely have the crew come back for any future projects. "We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

"John and his team are phenomenal. They responded to our request immediately, came out to scope the job which they completed beautifully in a matter of a couple of days. They fixed our grout issues, regrouted the shower and other areas that showed wear over time. They matched the existing grout perfectly. They are also incredibly neat workers - no mess at all nor clean-up necessary on our part. Would use again in a heartbeat!"

"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"
