"Steve did terrific work. He renovated two bathrooms, stained and installed doors and trim and made beautiful covers for our baseboard heaters. He also did some extra painting. The quality is truly outstanding. He’s a bit of a perfectionist, which of course - in the end - is a great thing but it made for some delays. With that said, it was worth the delay. He was always responsive and when there was a hiccup (for example, we ordered wrong size doors - our bad, ordered before we hired him) he worked his magic and they fit perfectly. He also stayed on budget. Would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him."

The work was outstanding, looks great and I know I will not have to worry about any more problems with it. Jhon is very professional, punctual and left the work site extremely clean. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
