Three things where performed: Paving of the full lot, another separate section sealed and parking lines painted. It was all done impeccably. "READ THIS FIRST - UPDATED AFTER 6 MONTHS <br /> <br />Totally professional and customer oriented. Excellent, quality work done on schedule with great care to clean up. Worked closely to ensure what was completed perfectly matched the requirement. Shared weight slips for virgin asphalt and ensured plenty of stone base was properly installed and compacted. Have received many compliments on the work. Also, most reasonable bid. <br /> <br /> <br />UPDATE: FOLLOWED ALL DIRECTIONS AFTER INSTALLATION, STAYED OFF DRIVEWAY FOR NOT 3 DAYS, BUT 5 DAYS TO MAKE SURE IT WAS FULLY CURED. <br /> <br />WITHIN 6 MONTHS SECTIONS HAVE BEGUN TO DETERIORATE. He & Darwin repaired our 2 slate porches, reinstalled pavers after our underground oil tank was removed & reapplied stucco in several spots on our home which had deteriorated. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a "dream" masonry guy."

"The workmanship was wonderful. The teams arrived and completed their work quickly and professionally. The only complaint I had was the limited communication that occurred. With all the time the teams were working I had to take time off from work. The concrete work was done in two parts. That was not communicated to me so when the concrete tear out happened and no one returned to finish the job I had to call to find out what was happening. I was told the pouring of the concrete would happen the next day. I do not understand why either the tear out team could not tell me or the account manager could not tell me. The next day the concrete was poured. When it came time for the asphalt, I was waiting again as the asphalt team did not arrive until later in the day. That was not communicated to me and when they did show up I could have worked a half day and then come home. When I called the company I was told that another job was scheduled for earlier that day. If this was already known, I wish I would have been told so I could have planned my day better. I did talk to the account manager about my concerns and he said he would take care of it. Even knowing all of this I would still do business with AmeriCoat again as the driveway work was done wonderfully. I now know to ask better questions next time."
