My two level 1923-built Richmond district home in San Francisco had a derelict passage to my garage - crumbling door, wobbly side stairs, and dry-rotted siding. Nothing was up to code. Adrian noted all the items that had to be reconstructed and said the project would take up to 20 days (it actually was finished in 18 days.) Adrian was very accommodating in giving extra finishing touches to my door hallway without extra charges, which I appreciated. I was concerned about the cost of the project and the disruption the work would cause, but Adrian's calm demeanor and the friendliness of the crew put my worries to rest. "Prosper and the team at Prosper Construction just completed a beautiful renovation of my home. I badly needed new flooring and decided to add other updates as well. So we embarked on the journey to design an addition to our home and redesign the entire front of the house, which included a kitchen remodel as well. I knew that I wanted to replace my carpet with porcelain tile, but I thought that I would leave my existing kitchen tile in place, to save a little money. Prosper convinced me to eliminate all transitions in the flooring and replace the entire house with the new tile, and I am really glad that he did!
