They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. They were friendly, easy to work with, and answered all our questions. Any concerns were quickly addressed. We love the end result and would absolutely use Rick and his team again."

"We hired David and Prosper to do a gut renovation of our home in Portero Hill. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with Prosper Construction Development I knew these guys were different. He was the only contractor to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing.
