"We have used NGR for about 3 years at our home and our office.  3 years ago we had a very strong mildew odor in our garage.  NGR came in and discovered the problem was coming from the crawl space.  They removed the mildew and sealed the walls and floor of the crawl space floor to prevent future problems.  They did an excellent job!  Then about a year ago we returned home from a vacation to discover our refrigerator had leaked causing water damage and mildew while we were gone.  We contacted NGR immediately.  They removed tile flooring, treated and/or replaced sub-floor and wall, replaced sheetrock and repainted, and replaced tile.
