They were well trained and high-performing -- bar none -- and they did a THOROUGH cleanup job afterward. Next, the PRODUCT: We are very impressed with the Landmark Pro architectural shingles -- they are solid, attractive, and match our landscape beautifully. Also, the crew was trained by CertainTeed, and it showed: The shingle lines were straight and true, with no defects at all. And the ridge vents are GREAT! We've already noticed how much cooler our attic is. Very nice! And they installed four new Velux skylights -- again, the product is beautiful and the installation was tight and true (no leaks this time!). Third, the PRICE: It was fair and reasonable for the quality of the product and the work done (covering four roofs plus one shed). We have no complaints at all. A fair price for an excellent job. Finally, TIMELINESS: Certified Inc. was able to do the job within two weeks after I signed the contract. Unbelievable -- but they did it! I strongly recommend Certified Inc. to anybody who needs a new roof -- and I'm actively telling my friends and co-workers the same thing."
