I got a call back within a few hours of my initial inquiry. They were at my place within a few days to take measurements for an estimate.
Their price was best among four equally rated Angie's List companies (although still alot for 60 ft of fence in my opinion.)  These guys seemed eager to please and were very willing to work with me to reach a mutually agreeable price. 
BEWARE...  without lots of room to work, your flower/gardens closests to the fence will either have to be moved or will get trampled. 
On our first work day there was a minor scheduling error and the team did not show up or call.  Oh no - but wait!  The Neale brothers are completely professional. I understand errors like this happen and they were fast to apologize and make it right for me. 
Overall this small company was well worth my time and money.
The final product is beautiful and we are happy.

"We have used Freestate to periodically trim our trees and always found Ben (owner) to be professional and more than fair in his pricing. When the heavy winds came through Friday a large tree split and a huge brach (more like a small tree - see photo) crashed down on our neighbor's roof, puncturing it. Our neighbor didn't know who to call so I called Ben. He happened to be in our neighborhood dealing with another downed tree and said he'd come over that night; and he did. The crew off-loaded some heavy machinery and promised to be back in the morning. Promise kept. By end of that day (Saturday) the branch was off the roof, the the split tree (a 70 footer) was down and the crew temporarily patched the neighbor's roof. While they were here I asked Ben to take down two other white pines that are notorious for shallow roots and fragile limbs. He did so at a great price. The neighbors and I are extremely satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"The windows look beautiful, no complaints there. However, at one point, the man said they couldn't wash our awning-style windows because there was no way to get at the inside. This is not so, as a previous company washed them without any trouble. They finally figured out how to do it, but this counted against my "professionalism" review. Punctuality--big issue. They were scheduled for the day before, but it turned out that the company had lost our order. They rescheduled for between 10:30 and 11:00. Great--we could sleep a bit later and still get some things done first. They turned up at 8:45--huge inconvenience. The company provides a quality service but really needs to get its act together. I checked "yes," because I couldn't submit the review otherwise, but I have not decided whether to use them again or not."

"Jose and his team did a very good job! I needed to get an entire stair railing painted with two colors and within two days over the weekend as I was very tight on time. They completed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!"
