We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

"We recently chose Black & White Kitchen and Bath to do a full renovation in our townhouse. We worked closely with Mr Zelaya. We were instantly impressed with Zelaya's patience as we asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance, as this was our first time going through a renovation project. We found Zelaya to be knowledgeable, prompt to reply, and helpful in some of the decision making processes. We were highly impressed with the professionalism, and work ethic of the crew who were on our project. They arrived promptly each morning, and worked through till the evening. Most of the time they were there 8:30am-5pm or later. The workers were professional, ensuring to protect our floors, furniture, and have plastic up for dust protection and always cleaned up the job site each evening prior to leaving. For our work, we needed them to complete demolition of our current kitchen, remove a wall, install all new cabinets/hardware and backsplash, and we had them expand a hall closet to accompany our washer/dyer which was in our kitchen. "Hasan did an AMAZING job with my kitchen renovation. I needed cabinets (above refrigerator, tall pantry cabinet and under a kitchen bar) added to my townhouse kitchen. Hasan was hard working, courteous, patient and more than willing to help provide what I need within my budget and expeditiously. Hasan responded to my request for service quickly and politely. He came and measured, provided me with a quote the next day. We talked options and decided to move forward with the cabinets AND countertops which he also took care of sourcing and scheduling.
