"We contacted Sunny Lee in November about hail damage to our SFH this summer. He assessed the roofing damage & later was present when the 3rd party inspector from the insurance company came out. Ultimately my claim was approved at 100%, less deductible, for replacement of the entire roof. Sunny kept in contact by phone or stopping by our house to explain the process, select the shingles & schedule the work. He handled the claim paperwork on his end. It was pretty seamless. From signing the contract to the new roof installation took about a month. The installation of the roof was accomplished in one day by a 7-man crew. Sunny supervised the delivery of the shingles & accessories as well as the final installation & cleanup. He came back the next day to further remove any stray nails from our property.
