I worked with Dustin Ogden and he was professional, responsive to my numerous questions and concerns, and offered a good price for the job. The engineered hardwood I chose for my home remodeling was high end, and I could not locate anyone nearby who had installed the product to see how it looked before I made the commitment. Dustin was nice enough to order a full box of the wood so I could lay it out in my living room. When it came time to install the floors, the crew of three installers was skilled, courteous, fast and cleaned up each day to my satisfaction. We wandered into the warehouse on the advice of a friend, who said we could get crazy deals on remnants. It's true - they've got remnants like you wouldn't believe at great prices. But it turned out we needed more carpet than even their remnants could cover. <br /> So we explored the new carpet rolls with Scott, who was happy to cut off a bunch of samples for us to take home and compare with the colors in our house. We made a decision and were able to place the order over the phone - no need to drive back to the warehouse. The beauty part is they maintain a box of business cards from installers. They work with these installers all the time, and can tell you who does the best work and even who charges what. They gave us a card from Carter Unruh (916.439.3301) and we had him give us an estimate. He was so obviously capable (has a brain, can form complete sentences, answered every question we had and some we hadn't thought of) we didn't even bother getting other bids.
