"Fast, courteous service neat answered any concerns about the future of the fix, asked if there was any thing else that we had a question about what was done and what to expect in the future first time I ever hired someone off Angie’s list I hope they’re all as good or near as good as them and the best part was, I said I didn’t wait very long for him to come check it out give me an estimate and then fix everything that needed to be fixed and then asked me if there was anything else that I needed fixed or ajusted took his time to answer questions about project I have planned for the future and other ideas that might enhance my ID for my project or ideas that will improve the functioning of my home extremely happy with my contractor from just in case, plumbing and heating LL would recommend them to anyone, family, friends, and anyone that needed a company you could trust and expect and get excellent work done in a timely fashion with great results. I look forward to using them again"

"In November of 2024, the house needed major plumbing work such as replacing a 50 + year old boiler, leaky bathroom faucet and sink, old basement utility sink, gate valves, and installing the line for the new refrigerator ice and water dispenser. Thanks to Angi, Dave Weinfeldt, contacted me and the rest is history. He personally visited my home and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate for the entire project. He sent highly experienced, talented, and trained expert plumbing professionals and a electrician to do the work. After it was all done, I can honestly say that I'm extremely satisfied with quality of the work. As a licensed boiler operator, witnessed this outstanding work. Dawson is the way to go if you need any plumbing work. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Bravo zulu! Thank you Dawson Mechanical for a job well done."

"the plumber completed the job and the shower pressure works great."

"Intelligent, extremely punctual and very reasonable in pricing. Mike solved the mess which was left by another non-local plumber. He was very easy to talk to and would listen what I had to say. For any future plumbing needs I am going to look at Mike with confidence. Thank you Mike!"

"We had water leaking into our crawlspace. It was a mess. The rugs we laid down to make crawling easier were soaked with foul-smelling liquid. Boxes of pictures were ruined. Contaminated items needed to be thrown away. It was a disaster. At first, we thought it may have come from a leak from a recently installed water heater. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. We weren't entire convinced that was the case or the cause, so we reached out to plumbers here on Angie's--including Good Tidings. They had someone come over right away to look that problem. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced. The plumbers Good Tidings sent were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They solved the issue, as we are no longer getting disgusting water in our crawlspace. In another plumbing-related problem, we'd be sure to call again!"

"Andrew was professional and really did a great job with the install. He was only a text away for any questions and followed thru with timelines for when we will receive the blinds and when he was going to be able to install them."

"Steve, who did the actual work on my apartment, was great! He gets 5 stars!!! I would recommend him to anyone. But the fact that it cost $250 for 30 min of work is ludicrous! I have had plumbing work done in my condo before that was more extensive work and it was never this overpriced. My recommendation to other people is for the work, not the price."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"se  Rob is a dream come true. As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. What else could you want from a plumber? I was extremely satisfied and impressed with his service. I'm also grateful for Angie's List!!!!

"Paul came over to inspect existing conditions and provide two options on replacement equipment. I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. Very please with the efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism of Paul's crew, and would definitely hire them again."
