The majority of the mold was on the side of my house, but the salesperson made a strong pitch about the need to waterproof the front of my home by digging up the garden down to the foundation. My wife was largely convinced, so we went ahead with the $8000 project. Six months later, the insulation behind the waterproofed front of the house is sopping wet. When the salesperson came back to my home to take a look, his explanation was that the water probably came up through the floor. His words were along the lines of "99% of the time the water comes up through the front." At this point, I feel like I have an expensive solution to a problem I didn't really have."

"The team that came and did the work were fantastic, in spite of, the lady in the office, very nice, the rest, management etc terrible. I was quoted a job that I really did not need, the worked was not presented to the team that did the work correctly. The install equipment the install team had to use was trash, their truck was barely running, they were not supplied the correct piping for the job, no support by management while on the job. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do not use."
