"George is a very personable guy and worked hard to make sure the job was done well. His bid to paint the entire exterior of the house was better than the other bid I got by long shot. His guys worked fairly quickly getting the house painted in a few days. 
His company also painted the interior of one of the 1 bedroom apartments and did a nice job. There was an issue that a pervious leak showed through on the ceiling and when I asked George to look at it he sent his guys to prime and repaint it. I appreciated that.
He replaced a small deck and went through the lengthy process of permits and historical society approval with patience.

"Two gentlemen came to inspect the attic and found that due to a construction defect, the ridge was the place where the leak was coming from and causing multiple small leaks. An extra plywood piece needed to be installed in addition to the replacement of the ridge. They took about 30 minutes to inspect and called the same day with an estimate. A date was set for the repairs to be performed. We did not have to be at home for them to fix the roof. The roof has not leaked again."

After weighing the cost vs. having all of our exterior trim wrapped, we decided to have it painted. Jon sent his crew out the same week we decided to have the work done. The crew worked quickly, professionally, and did a quality job - the even hung new shutters for us. After the job was finished, Jon came out to review the work. All in all, it was a painless experience and we had Jon give us a quote for additional interior work."
