"Rob Montgomery came to the house for the initial estimate and brought samples for the awning we were looking to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the different manufacturers and their track records for quality and service. We sent him a photo of the patio before he came and he brought samples to provide some excellent color and style options. He also gave us honest feedback on some of the options, including lighting and wind sensors. The installation was professionally done by Ron Montgomery and we are extremely pleased with the look and functionality of the final product, which covered a large part of our concrete patio that is exposed to direct sunlight about 10 hours a day in the summer. The shade provided by the awning makes the patio much more usable and is very attractive. The whole process for the custom awning was about 3 1/2 weeks from estimate to installation."

It wasn't an easy task – he and his team were working with multiple surfaces and materials, unusually large window openings, and some unexpected shortages of supplies due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, George consistently communicated to ask our opinion on several aspects of the project to ensure it met our expectations, including when a screen door was unworkable (due to no fault of his), he quickly procured an alternative and installed the next day. George brought levity and attention to detail to the project, working to make sure everything was accomplished for maximum function and beauty. "TRS nearly completed my sunroom except for a few finish items which they have not attempted to correct after many requests. In review; the cold, dark shell of a room cost me in excess of $280 per/SF (a number greater than what Pulte Homes or any home builder spend to build a finished home). Among other issues; the "supervisor" rarely was on site to address issues that arose with the construction or didn't coordinate with my electrical contractor, items in the contract never materialized like a dumpster and the laborers used my wheelbarrow to mix cement, etc.

"Alejandro does amazing work. He is always concerned about providing superior quality services and goes the extra mile. While painting a closet, he realized additional suppot was required when installing the closet rods. He cut out drywall, reinforced it with lumber and patched/painted. You cant even tell he did all that. I was very happy with his work but more importantly his work ethic. I have recommended him to friends who are also impressed with his work."

"I hired Luis Flores and his team for a number of handyman projects. I had my house, shed, drive way, patio and walk ways power washed. It’s the cleanest my house has looked since I had the siding and gutters replaced! I had the shed doors repaired and the ramp replaced. He did an excellent job with this. I had my shed, ramp, shutters, front door and wrought iron rails painted. He did an excellent job with this. Lastly, I had the door weather strip replaced. Also an excellent job."

"Greg did some things quite well & others rather poorly. Purchased 16 hrs service thru the Big Deal, which turned out to be Greg & his assistant for one day. The asst repaired damage to the plaster caused by the earthquake; work was done really well. Greg installed 4 light fixtures; did very good electrical work. However, 2 of the fixtures were on walls that the old fixtures had covered that the new ones did not. Greg tried to just paint over those areas, but they really needed to be filled in with spackle or plaster first. He also put up a shot glass case on my wall. He suggested using screws that would really hold the cabinet in the wall, a good idea, but it is noticeably crooked. Asked Greg to install a new drain plug, because I didn't want to risk scratching newly resurfaced tub. Well, he scratched it anyway & then failed to install the new fixture, throwing the old (apparently rare) one away. Plug is so unique that I haven't been able to replace it. Can't use tub since."

"Sandy (owner of the company) was very on top of our project. We had an opening cut out of a load bearing wall. It was very large opening and the wall was stabilized for continued support of our home. Very well done. The project did require more time and our home was protected as much as possible from construction dust . My only suggestion is for Sandy to have an electrician that she has trust in and a working relationship. Respectfully Deb W"
