Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! "Jason and his crew did a fantastic job installing about 1500 square feet of solid white oak flooring. It had to be stained to match existing flooring and Wilmer (the guy leading the staining portion of the project) was soooo patient trying to find the right combination of stains to match the existing floor. Jason, was very knowledgeable about all our hardwood flooring options (a portion was laid on slab and had to be glued down). He was incredibly easy to work with and his crew was very courteous and incredibly hard working. Highly recommend. Finished product was great and price was very competitive. We will be using them again when we get around to doing the upstairs."

"Let me tell you, Mr. Flores was referred to me from another power washing company and he came highly recommended. When I say this man came out to look at the job on SUNDAY! I was and am so appreciative. He immediately saw what a crap job the previous company did and was able to provide me service today. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my boyfriend so it was important to get it right. While he was there he also gave me an estimate to get some trim work and painting done (I will definitely hire him for this). He set up a time to come out, he called when he was on his way and he came when he said he was. It may sound basic, but I can't tell you how many companies I have dealt with who don't even have this basic courtesy down. Kudos to you Mr. Flores and your team.
