First of all, Vic Johnson is an excellent communicator, giving helpful advice and ensuring that all parties understand what will be done, the budget, the timeline, etc. The work that he and his team do is of top quality. The one time we were unhappy with a counter, Vic redid the work at no additional charge to us. The subcontractors that he uses as part of his team are all top-notch. In addition, after the work is done, he is always available to help on a timely basis with whatever questions or follow up we have needed, even if it's not directly related to the work they did."
