"We have been using East Hill Heating & Cooling for close to 20 years now. First, in our Federal Way home and then when we moved to our Auburn home. They have repaired both furnace and hot water tanks over the years and also replaced them when needed. ( each home had different issues ). They have also installed digital thermostats in each home when we asked them to do so. Our new home had some issues underneath that we were unaware of when we bought it. It is a manufactured home. Doug crawled underneath, made the repairs and rewrapped all of the duct work to fix the problem. They have always fit us into their swamped schedule and never suggest replacing, when repairing is a better and more economical option. We trust them completely!
