"Robert was very quick to respond with a call vs. communicating via text . I sent pictures to him explaining a failed/ incomplete job by another contractor from Thumbtack… the worst ever . Anyway, Robert explained he could complete the job , came with a contact detailing work to be done and an estimate of cost based on the pictures.
