"I highly recommend this product and this company. I found Tint Factory through the list of LA recommended companies on the 3M website. they were not the only companies that I interviewed. I called 3M a few times with questions and interviewed the companies that came out to give bids. the Tint Factory people from the beginning couldn't have been nicer. they were on time, explained every step, cleaned up all and the price was right. the film takes about a month to "cure" and the work was done only a few days ago but what a transformation - the house is so much cooler and 99% of the UV rays are no longer going to fade my furniture, photos or art. a happier me. my assistant marveled today at how much cooler the house was and it was blistering outside today... LA will, unfortunately, only be getting hotter - solar film is a good way to reduce that heat load. even if you use air-conditioning (which I don't), you will have less hot air to cool."

"In the beginning, the company responded promptly to my initial phone call requesting a quote to replace all windows in my home. Unfortunately, I then received contradictory requests from the company. First, the receptionist told me that they could provide a quote if I would send photos and dimensions of all windows. This surprised me since I expected them to need to inspect the job before quoting. But as requested, I provided photos and dimensions that same day. Then I received an email from a company VP stating that they were excited about the job but that he had many questions and would need to inspect. I agreed since that was my initial expectation. So we scheduled an onsite inspection. (It should be noted that, during the next few weeks, I tried to contact that VP on several occasions but could never get a return call or email). After the inspection, I was told that the quote would be completed within a few days. This is where the process deteriorated. From the beginning, I asked that the quote be prepared listing each window with corresponding price and specs to ensure that all windows being quoted were consistent with my request to replace all windows. When the quote was finally provided (late), it was presented as a lump sum with no cost itemization by window and the total cost was much higher than an initial indication by the person who inspected my home. When I discussed the quote with one of the office personnel, she was unable to answer basic questions about the apparent double counting of labor cost and she promised to email a revised quote to me within 1 day. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for that revised quote, which I never received, I called the company asking to speak with the VP who had initially emailed me. But I was told that he was unavailable and that I would receive a call back, soon. That never happened. Unfortunately, the positive impression that I had from my initial contact with LA Glass eroded over the nearly month-long process which included contradictory requests, inability to honor company commitments for feedback, high cost estimate, and inability to communicate with the VP whose initial email indicated his excitement about the job."

"We called ahead and they made us an appointment right away which was nice. Salvador, the owner, answered the phone and was very accommodating. When we got there the next morning, the guys were very friendly and greeted us right away. We thought we knew what we wanted until we saw the options. Andres was very informative and not pushy at all. In fact, he did not even go into the higher quality, more expensive tint until we asked about it. He took his time and walked us around their parking lot to show us all the options. In the end, he helped us find a happy and affordable middle ground. Although it was a bit pricier to go with a better tint, Andres was able to find us an option that was great quality and more affordable than going with ceramic on all windows. We have twins and an 8 year old. In our old car with dark limo tint, it got hot and the twins would sweat a ton. The problem was that our tint was only protecting us from light and not from heat. The tint we ended up with at Perfect Tint (in between the cheap stuff and the ceramic) works amazingly. The boys do not get as hot and it will cut down on our A/C use as well. Not to mention the car looks pretty bad a** now with the new tint. All that and they had it done very, very quickly. I was more than impressed with the guys at Perfect Window Tint. "Service provider was able to guide me to make the right decisions about tint color - my car's rear windows are pre-colored from the factory and we're trying to tint them further for the baby that rides in the back. Alex brought up good points about the additive effects of the tinting on  pre-treated windows and ability to see at night, etc. he helped me select the right shade (2 shades lighter than my original plan) and that turned out to be the best shade for me. <br>"

"These guys have mastered the art of window tinting... I mean just look at my vehicle when I saw the windows tinted it took my breath away. Anybody out there want professional window tinting on a vehicle look no further these guys are the real deal. I purchased the nano hybrid window tint 18% on the driver and passenger windows it’s dark enough for privacy and you can see only a silhouette on the driver and passengers window and 5% on the back and rearrange windows. I didn’t take a picture of the front windshield but it has 80% it helps protect the dashboard also it reduces heat and UV rays, and glare from the sun. Believe me your money will be well spent.
