Told me what needed to be done, I agreed, sent in for parts, set up return repair date, installed parts and had a technical problem because lift was 9 years old, studied the problem and then came back with solution and returned lift chairs(have 2) to good running order. Both techs were professional and polite and I would call them again if I had a need for more repairs. Job excellently done."
