"Appointment was scheduled for 11-12, contractor arrived at 2pm. I had to call him at about 12pm to ask what was going on; he didn't call me to let me know he'd be late. Other than that, service was good and fast. He "winterized" my sprinkler system in 30 minutes or so. Price was better than the 2 competitors I knew of."

"I was looking for a reliable & reasonable lawn sprinkler contractor for a while . My previous contractor was a bigger company but over priced ,terrible & unfriendly service. Luckily I finally find American Lawn Sprinklers. Tommy and Lisa who owns the company knows exactly what you need for your lawn .Price was very reasonable & Tommy is very professional at what he does . I added a 1 zone with 7 heads on my front front lawn . So the Tommy & his crew came early in the morning around 8 am on time . I was so worry that my grass will be destroyed due to adding a new line from my back to the front of the house . I was so impress when it was complete within 2 hours like nothing happen . I am so happy from now on I don’t need to water the grass & plants my self . I will always use them in the future. Many Thanks to Lisa who squeezed in a schedule for me the last minute . "It was very good, they came on time, explained what was wrong. They replaced the sprinkler heads and I think they adjusted one. They worked wonderfully so I have no problem with it."

"I didn?t like their professionalism at all. I used them for several years and I finally switched this year. Their price was fair, I can?t say they weren?t. They broke my stuff. They would come, but I don?t need you to break my stuff. The in-ground sprinklers come from inside of the house. I had to get a plumber in there after they left. The guy said, ?Oh, I didn?t break it!? I don?t touch any of those water knobs. So, if I didn?t touch it, who touched it? The dog, really! I did not like them. I had taken a contract with them for the year and I don?t know the cost. We used them last year and not using them this year. When I called afterwards they could have called back. When I called to say something, no one ever followed through. Stupid things happen, things break and it may not have even been the guy?s fault. I called more than once, I expect a phone call back, and not from the receptionist, who you speck to, the girl you get on the phone."
