I bought the paint, they applied it and the joints are seamless. Replaced gutters without issue. Also replaced shutters on the front of the house but only after doing a test drill to verify they could install them properly into the brick mortar. Paul (owner and crew chief) was diligent. Showed up on time and the crew cleaned up after themselves nicely. Austin (sales rep and estimator) was a pleasure to work with."

Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. "Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

They came out to give a quote within a day of contacting them. Then, once we signed the contract, Walter and his crew were back to start the project within a week and finished within a couple days. He was always very responsive via email and was able to answer all my questions regarding the work done (in terms I could understand). I also appreciate how they took before, during and after photos (since I cannot see the top of my roof). I highly recommend this company and working with Walter!"
