Angela came to our house on a Saturday to give me an estimate on a thorough cleaning of our house.  I told her we were having company staying here the following Wednesday.  She said she and her crew were able to come on the following day after Angela first came, which I really appreciated.  After going through our home (which is a large old house), she thought it would take about 4 hours.  7 1/2 hours later she and her crew of three other women miraculously cleaned this whole house.  It has never looked so clean. There was a lot more work to do here than either Angela or I thought. They cleaned from top to bottom (walls, window ledges, removed and vacuumed cushions on living rm furniture, made beds, washed hardwood and tile floors, etc.)  They moved all the furniture, cleaned dust and dirt in places that I didn't know existed.

The bathrooms needed extra attention and they did a wonderful job.

They brought their own cleaning equipment, were very professional and worked extremely hard for the 7 1/2 hrs that they were here, without a break.

"I called and left a message.  It was returned that same day.  Richard went to the home and provide an estimate the next day.  Once we approved the work and quote, we were scheduled and completed a few days after closing.  
We just purchased this house and it had been neglected for upkeep for several years.  When purchasing, we thought that the roof was in disrepair and needing replacement.  After cleaning, we realized this house has a relatively new and  high quality long life architectural roof.  It now looks new.  The shed roof was inches deep in green moss and now looks great.  Concrete patios had moss, mold and were black with mold, now they are the color of fresh concrete.  Our deck started out green and mossy from lichen and now looks like fresh, new mahogany wood again.  
Richard quoted to do all areas of the home.  It is a large house with multiple roofs, has two screened porches, two patios and a large mahogony deck and shed.  
Our house was cleaned by Nick.  He was at the house and on the job by 8 am.  He was there past 4 pm and the outside of the home looks good as new.  He was extremely professional and courteous.  At the end, he asked if everything was fine and I noted that there was some lichen still on our awning shade over the deck.  He went back and cleaned this before leaving.  
We also noticed a leak in the roof over the weekend and Nick kindly inspected the area and identified a worn roof vent pipe flashing as the problem.  He also inspected the other vent pipe flashing on the other side of the house and indicated that it was also worn.  When I checked that interior area, I confirmed that there was a minor leak at this vent also.

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. "Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning.
