"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."

"I contacted Overhead Door Washington because my garage door spring was broken. My garage is a small, older one-car garage nothing large or complex. Two technicians came out and worked for about 30 minutes. They did not provide any estimate or explain the cost before starting the work. The repair was only temporary the problem was not fully fixed yet I was charged $399.08. I was never informed of the price in advance and did not give approval for that amount. Being charged nearly $400 for a temporary fix, without clear communication or consent, is extremely disappointing. Customers deserve transparency, especially when the repair is not even a complete solution. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and communication. "

"They installed my fence and when called because I noticed a 1 inch gap between two posts and the 2X4 spanning between them, they had the nerve to tell me that the post might have bowed and maybe the 2X4 had shrunk and it wasn’t the fault of the installers, (They also supplied the materials) and it wouldn’t be fixed without me paying for the materials and a minimum of 2 hours labor. For replacing one 2X4!!!! It would take all 20 minutes to do. After this I took a real close look at all of fence and discovered that while the 1 inch gap was the worst spot, I found several spots of gaps nails not drove in properly. They even cut one 2X4 on a knot and looks like it was cut to a point instead of flat to attach to a post. You’ll never if you used a good company until you have a issue and see how respond!! This company failed miserably."
