"Finally got a call back after leaving a message a week prior. I think they were on vacation. The crew performed the backyard cleanup (overgrowth of vegetation) and did a good job....but my parents discovered that the TV antenna cable had been cut. Bailey's said they would fix it but never did and that the cable was hidden by all the overgrowth and it was just collateral damage. I think more care should have been taken to avoid cutting any cabling/wiring and more effort made to fix it. Lawn was mowed 3 times and they did a good job with that part."
