We were able to choose any texture, color and shape of the pavers displayed in the catalogue at the same price. The cost of the entire project was competitive and included managing any obstacles such as moving sprinkler heads and underground down spout extensions. The cold weather conditions did not matter as Juan and Gregorio stayed on schedule to recreate our front porch and lay down the path to our newly erected trash/recycling storage shed. We have a durable and attractive front door patio, a path with garden border and bin storage that adds curb appeal and utility to our home."

"I used their service for two seasons, and received 7 treatments plus an Aearation & Overseeing at the end during each season. I must say that their formula works because after the first couple of treatments, my yard went from a dirt pile to sprouting full, very green grass. At the end of the two seasons, most of my yard came in, with the exception of a few bald spots near the garden. I gave them a C for price, because they are on the higher side when compared to other services-particularly the aeration service. I do like that their customer guarantee provides that they will come back out and repeat your last treatment if you aren't satisfied or aren't seeing results, and I've only had to do that twice in two seasons. Unfortunately, if you aren't home to catch the service tech who is treating your lawn, it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone directly from the office. Calls always go through a central customer service line, and I've never spoken to my service tech, even after leaving a message or two. Which is why I gave them a C on responsiveness."

"This is a large professional tree service, that uses technology like Arbor jet for treating trees. There were some delays with service, but when they were here they were professional, careful, and did a good job. The mites and borers were stopped. They were careful to cover our vegetable gardens for the mite spraying, and provided helpful advice. This year they promptly sent me their yearly maintenance proposal which we immediately accepted. But then they failed to set a date for service for a deep root feeding of the damaged tree which really needs it and although budded successfully on all limbs, is now failing to leaf. We called and service is now scheduled. They are responsive when prompted."

"This contractor also did my lawn irrigation, which is working outstandingly! Today he installed exterior lighting and pathway lighting. I am beyond excited at the results!! The finished product far exceeded expectations and I couldn't be happier. I would not use or recommend anyone else."

"I chose to use a lawn service this year because my beautiful blue grass, sod lawn has been having major issues with invasive grasses, with a bit of fungus and broadleaf weeds. My biggest problems were invasive grasses and grass-like weeds and the owner who visited and sold me the service said his special treatments would take care of the problem. The service has been generally timely and good but my invasive grass problems have gotten worse and the overall condition of the lawn beside the grass problem is only marginally better than when I did the treatments myself. I asked to talk to the owner about the situation but rather than talk to me, he sent out a technician to take pictures and apply additional chemicals. With still no improvement, I asked to talk to the owner again and got no response. The office said he was too busy getting new customers. The technician seems like a nice guy and so do the office staff. They seem like they are trying but I'm not getting what was promised. Perhaps they just don't have the knowledge or equipment or over-promised. I had great hopes from this company but am getting little results in my lawn and that has to be the measure of a lawn service. Its pretty hard to work it out with a company where the owner will not talk to you after the sale. I do not plan to renew my contract with them at this point. <br />"

"They take care of our lawn. They do a good job. We've been using them since we moved here, probably almost a year. They come out every week. There's a certain day that they come out but they just changed their schedule so I don't know what's it going to be now. They come out on Friday and now they're coming out on Tuesday. They provide all lawn service, fertilizing, landscaping and everything else. They do fertilizing when needed. I didn't have a choice, that's what the homeowner's association uses and so I had to use them. We were very happy with them. We've gotten them to do extra little things for us and stuff."

"I've had a contract with Lawns Unlimited for many years, and my mother was their customer before that. I was always pleased with the polite and kind manner of the woman I spoke with on the phone--I believe her name was Brenna. Last year, however, their technician killed my entire lawn and damaged a spruce tree when applying lime and another treatment. I had to call repeatedly to find out what they had done and what I should do to remedy the situation as quickly as possible, because I was showing my house to prospective buyers, and my yard looked TERRIBLE. What irked me the most was that Ed would only make comments to me through the office staff, and when he finally deigned to get on the phone, he said that nothing they had done would have burnt my lawn. I beg to differ; I've read online that excessive lime applications done in the hot months can burn a lawn. I'm not comfortable working with a company that lies to me, so I've terminated my account. Sad, after all these years. I'm giving more than one star because I feel I should acknowledge the past GOOD years of service."
