Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. "Everything worked out great for the basement. Melissa responded quickly to our texts and answered all of our questions. Dale came, we got an estimate the next day and a few days later he came out to do the repairs. The cracks in the cellar were repaired properly, no water is getting into the basement when it rains, and it no longer smells like mold! We are really happy with the work! When Dale finished with the basement I had him look at the bathroom reguarding some mold issues. We contacted Melissa the next day to make sure the bathroom mold issue was communicated with her and to let her know we wanted an estimate on the repairs. She told us she would contact us in a few hours. Never heard back from her. A little over two weeks later we sent another text message asking about the estimate.
